How do I cancel my subscription?

The easiest way is from within the app: go to Profile > Manage Subscription, which takes you directly to your subscription settings. Alternatively, on iPhone/iPad: open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Momentm > Cancel. On Android: open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Momentm > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by Momentm. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open the Play Store app, go to your purchase history, and request a refund.

I'm having trouble with a purchase or subscription

If you're experiencing an error during purchase, try these steps: (1) Make sure your payment method is up to date in your device settings. (2) Restart the app and try again. (3) Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email us at support@minimotionai.com with a description of the error.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: go to Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email support@minimotionai.com to request account deletion.

Is my health data safe?

Your health data is read once at workout generation time to personalize your plan — it is never stored on our servers. You stay in full control of permissions and can revoke access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app isn't working correctly

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. Still stuck? Email support@minimotionai.com with a description of the problem and your device model.
